أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ وَيَحْيَی قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ وَالْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُکَبِّرُ فِي کُلِّ خَفْضٍ وَرَفْعٍ وَيُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَکَانَ أَبُو بَکْرٍ وَعُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَفْعَلَانِهِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1088
It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Ma’sud said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم used to say the Takbir every time he went down and came up, and he would say the Salam to his right and his left. And Abu Bakr and ‘Umar used to do likewise.” (Sahih)
