أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ الْبَرَائِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَقَرَأَ فِي الْعِشَائِ فِي الرَّکْعَةِ الْأُولَی بِالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ

It was narrated that Al-Bara’ bin ‘Azib said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم was on a journey and he recited: By the fig, and the olive in the first Rak’ah of ‘Isha‘.“ (Sahih).
