أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ حَکِيمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي رَکْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ فِي الْأُولَی مِنْهُمَا الْآيَةَ الَّتِي فِي الْبَقَرَةِ قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْنَا إِلَی آخِرِ الْآيَةِ وَفِي الْأُخْرَی آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَاشْهَدْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 949
Ibn ‘Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم used to recite in the first Rak’ah of Fajr Say: We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to us i to the end of the verse, and in the second Rak’ah, We believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims. (Sahih)
