أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ نَصْرَ بْنَ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ مَالِکِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ وَکَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا صَلَّی رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حِينَ يُکَبِّرُ حِيَالَ أُذُنَيْهِ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْکَعَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الرُّکُوعِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 884
It was narrated from Malik bin Al-Huwairith — who was one of the Companions of the Prophet — that when the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم prayed he would raise his hands— when he said the Takbir — until they were parallel to his ears, and when he wanted to bow and when he raised his head from bowing. (Sahih)
