حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَی بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ فَقَدْ هَدَرَتْ عَيْنُهُ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 5172
Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone peeps into the house of a people without their permission and he knocks out his eye, no responsibility is incurred for his eye.
