حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَی بْنُ إِسْمَعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ سَوَائٍ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَرْقُدَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَی تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَکَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَکَ ثَلَاثَ مِرَارٍ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 5045
Narrated Hafsah, Ummul Muminin: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wanted to go to sleep, he put his right hand under his cheek and would then say three times: O Allah, guard me from Thy punishment on the day when Thou raisest up Thy servants.
