حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ الرُّبَيِّعِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ مِنْ فَضْلِ مَائٍ کَانَ فِي يَدِهِ

سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 130

Al-Rubayyi reported: The Prophet ﷺ wiped his head with water which was left over in his hand.
