حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ فِي حَدِيثِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ طُهُورُ إِنَائِ أَحَدِکُمْ إِذَا وَلَغَ فِيهِ الْکَلْبُ أَنْ يُغْسَلَ سَبْعَ مِرَارٍ أُولَاهُنَّ بِتُرَابٍ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد وَکَذَلِکَ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ وَحَبِيبُ بْنُ الشَّهِيدِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ

سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 71

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet ﷺ said: The purification of the utensil belonging to any one of you, after it has been licked by a dog, consists of washing it seven times, using sand in the first instance. Abu Dawud said: A similar tradition has been narrated by Abu Ayyub and Habib bin al-Shahid on the authority of Muhammad.
