حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ کَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ وَحُصَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ يَشُوصُ فَاهُ بِالسِّوَاکِ

Narrated Hudhaifah: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up during the night (to pray), he cleansed his mouth with the tooth-stick.
