حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ کَيْسَانَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُشِيرُ بِإِصْبَعِهِ مِرَارًا يَقُولُ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ بِيَدِهِ مَا شَبِعَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَهْلُهُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ تِبَاعًا مِنْ خُبْزِ حِنْطَةٍ حَتَّی فَارَقَ الدُّنْيَا
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 7458
Abu Hazim reported: I saw Abu Huraira point with his finger many a time and saying: By One in Whose Hand is the life of Abu Huraira, Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) could not eat to his fill and provide his family bread of wheat beyond three days successively until he left the world.
