حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُفَضَّلِ ح و حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ السَّعْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّةَ کِلَاهُمَا عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ خُلَفَائِکُمْ خَلِيفَةٌ يَحْثُو الْمَالَ حَثْيًا لَا يَعُدُّهُ عَدَدًا وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ حُجْرٍ يَحْثِي الْمَالَ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 7317
Abu Sa'id reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace he upon him) I said: There would be amongst your caliphs a caliph who would give handfuls of wealth to the people, but would not count it. In the narration transmitted on the authority of Ibn Hujr, there is a slight variation of wording.
