حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَقَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ الْأَغَرِّ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ عَلَی أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّهُمَا شَهِدَا عَلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا يَقْعُدُ قَوْمٌ يَذْکُرُونَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَّا حَفَّتْهُمْ الْمَلَائِکَةُ وَغَشِيَتْهُمْ الرَّحْمَةُ وَنَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ السَّکِينَةُ وَذَکَرَهُمْ اللَّهُ فِيمَنْ عِنْدَهُ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 6855
Agharr Abi Muslim reported: I bear witness to the fact that both Abu Huraira and Abu Sa'id Khudri were present when Allah's Messenger may peace be upon him) said: The people do not sit but they are surrounded by angels and covered by Mercy, and there descends upon them tranquillity as they remember Allah, and Allah makes a mention of them to those who are near Him.
