حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ إِنَّ خَلِيلِي صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْصَانِي إِذَا طَبَخْتَ مَرَقًا فَأَکْثِرْ مَائَهُ ثُمَّ انْظُرْ أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ مِنْ جِيرَانِکَ فَأَصِبْهُمْ مِنْهَا بِمَعْرُوفٍ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 6689
Abu Dharr reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) commanded me thus: Whenever you prepare a broth, add water to it, and have in your mind the members of the household of your neighbours and then give them out of this with courtesy.
