[ 21440 ] أخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ أنبأ أبو الوليد ثنا الحسن بن سفيان ثنا حبان عن بن المبارك عن معمر عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب قال طلق مكاتب امرأته على عهد عثمان رضى الله تعالى عنه فأنزله منزلة العبد وعن بن المبارك عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن عكرمة عن أبي عباس قال لا يقام على المكاتب إلا حد العبد
