[ 13592 ] أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن الفضل القطان ببغداد أنبأ عبد الله بن جعفر بن درستويه ثنا يعقوب بن سفيان ثنا بن بشار ثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن سفيان عن محمد بن خالد عن رجل يقال له الحكم عن بن عباس قال لا نكاح إلا بأربعة ولي وشاهدين وخاطب وله شاهد عن بن عباس بإسناد منقطع
