[ 13572 ] أخبرنا علي بن أحمد بن عبدان أنبأ أحمد بن عبيد الصفار ثنا محمد بن غالب ثنا موسى بن إسماعيل ثنا أبان ثنا قتادة عن الحسن عن عقبة بن عامر رضى الله تعالى عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إذا أنكح الوليان فهو للأول منهما وإذا بايع الرجل بيعا من الرجلين فهو للأول منهما
