حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ نَفْسٍ مَنْفُوسَةٍ تَبْلُغُ مِائَةَ سَنَةٍ فَقَالَ سَالِمٌ تَذَاکَرْنَا ذَلِکَ عِنْدَهُ إِنَّمَا هِيَ کُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَخْلُوقَةٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ

صحیح مسلم · Hadith 6486

Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: None amongst the created beings (from my Companions) would survive after one hundred years. Salim said: We made a mention of it to him (Jabir), whereupon he said: It means those who had been living on that day.
