و حَدَّثَنَاه عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَنْ يَتِرَکَ مِنْ عَمَلِکَ شَيْئًا وَزَادَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فَهَلْ تَحْلُبُهَا يَوْمَ وِرْدِهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ

This tradition has been handed down through a different chain of transmitter with the addition of the following words at the end: Do you milk them on the day they arrive at the water? He replied: Yes.
