[ 11631 ] أخبرنا أبو سعيد بن أبي عمرو ثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب ثنا الحسن بن علي بن عفان ثنا يحيى بن آدم ثنا حماد بن زيد عن يونس بن عبيد وهشام بن حسان عن الحسن أن رجلا أتى أهل ماء فاستسقاهم فلم يسقوه حتى مات عطشا فأغرمهم عمر بن الخطاب رضى الله تعالى عنه الدية
