حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَطَّارُ الْبَصْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ وَجَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلی الله عليه وسلم يَحْتَجِمُ فِي الأَخْدَعَيْنِ وَالْکَاهِلِ وَکَانَ يَحْتَجِمُ لِسَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَتِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَإِحْدَی وَعِشْرِينَ

Anas bin Maalik Radiyallahu 'Anhu said: "Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam used the treatment of cupping on both sides of his mubaarak neck and between both shoulders, and generally took this treatment on the seventeenth, nineteenth or the twenty first of the (lunar) month".
