حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ أَبِي عُتْبَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ کَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلی الله عليه وسلم أَشدَّ حَيَائً مِنَ الْعَذرَائِ فِي خِدْرِهَا وَکَانَ إِذَا کَرِهَ شَيْئًا عَرَفْنَاهُ فِي وَجْهِهِ

Abu Sa'eed Khudari Radiyallahu 'Anhu says that Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam was more bashful than a virgin girl in her veil (purdah). When Rasulullah Sallallahu 'Alayhi Wasallam did not like something, it could be seen on his face. (Because of his excessive Modesty he did not mention it).
