و حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ح و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ وَفِيهِمْ ابْنُ عُمَرَ وَأَنَّ سُهْمَانَهُمْ بَلَغَتْ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا وَنُفِّلُوا سِوَی ذَلِکَ بَعِيرًا فَلَمْ يُغَيِّرْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 4559
It has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that the Prophet ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) sent an expedition to Najd and I was among the troops. They got a large number of camels as a booty. Eleven or twelve camels fell to the lot of every fighter and each of them also got one extra camel.
