و حَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَائِ أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ وُهَيْبٍ وَرَوْحِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ

صحیح مسلم · Hadith 4144

Tawus reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) narrating that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) said: Distribute the property amongst Ahl al-Fara'id, according to the Book of Allah, and what is left out of them goes to the nearest male heir.
