و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ يَحْيَی وَأَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَعَبْدُ الْأَعْلَی بْنُ حَمَّادٍ کُلُّهُمْ عَنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عِيسَی حَدَّثَنَا مَالِکٌ کِلَاهُمَا عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِإِسْنَادِ اللَّيْثِ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِهِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 4466
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: No requital is payable for a wound caused by an animal, for (falling into) a well and a mine, and one-fifth (is the share of the government) in the buried treasure (treasure-trove).
