حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ح و حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ عَنْ الثَّقَفِيِّ کِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ أَمَّا حَمَّادٌ فَحَدِيثُهُ کَرِوَايَةِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ وَأَمَّا الثَّقَفِيُّ فَفِي حَدِيثِهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ أَوْصَی عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فَأَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ مَمْلُوکِينَ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 4336
Imran b. Husain reported that a person who had no other property emancipated six slaves of his at the time of his death. Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) called for them and divided them into three sections, cast lots amongst them, and set two free and kept four in slavery; and he (the Holy Prophet) spoke severely of him.
