و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ وَحَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ خُثَيْمِ بْنِ عِرَاکٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ عِنْدَهُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3992
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters (but with a change of these words): He is more entitled to get it than any other creditor.
