و حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ح و حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي کِلَاهُمَا عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ وَقَالَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ الْغُرَمَائِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3991
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: When a man becomes insolvent (and the other) man (the seller) finds his commodity intact with him, he is more entitled to get it (than anyone else)
