و حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَائً عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ کِرَائِ الْأَرْضِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِهَا السِّنِينَ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّی يَطِيبَ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3915
A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) from Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ). but he made no mention of transactions years (ahead) implying Mu'awama.
