و حَدَّثَنَاه أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ وَأَبُو کَامِلٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ح و حَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ کِلَاهُمَا عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ

صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3904

Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: Whosoever grafts the tree and then sells its roots, its fruit will belong to one who grafts it except when provision is laid down by the buyer.
