حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ يَحْيَی التَّمِيمِيُّ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَی مَالِکٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ بَيْعُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ کَيْلًا وَبَيْعُ الْکَرْمِ بِالزَّبِيبِ کَيْلًا
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3893
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) having given exemption of 'ariyya transactions measuring less than five wasqs or up to five wasqs (the narrator Dawud is in doubt whether it was five or less than five).
