و حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ أَنَّ أَبَا الصَّهْبَائِ قَالَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ هَاتِ مِنْ هَنَاتِکَ أَلَمْ يَکُنْ الطَّلَاقُ الثَّلَاثُ عَلَی عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبِي بَکْرٍ وَاحِدَةً فَقَالَ قَدْ کَانَ ذَلِکَ فَلَمَّا کَانَ فِي عَهْدِ عُمَرَ تَتَايَعَ النَّاسُ فِي الطَّلَاقِ فَأَجَازَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3675
Abu Sahba' said toIbn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them): Do you know that three (divorces) were treated as one during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ), and that of Abu Bakr, and during three (years) of the caliphate of Umar (Allah be pleased with him)? Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) said: Yes.
