و حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ح و حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ رُمْحٍ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبَيْتَ هُوَ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَبِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ فَأَغْلَقُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فَلَمَّا فَتَحُوا کُنْتُ فِي أَوَّلِ مَنْ وَلَجَ فَلَقِيتُ بِلَالًا فَسَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ صَلَّی فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ صَلَّی بَيْنَ الْعَمُودَيْنِ الْيَمَانِيَيْنِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3235
Abdullah b. Umar reported that he reached the Ka'ba and Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) had entered therein, and Bilal and Usama too. 'Uthman b. Talha closed the door to them, and they stayed there for a considerable time, and then the door was opend and Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) came out, and I went upstairs and entered the House and said: Where did Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) observe prayer? They said: At this very place. I, however, forgot to ask them about the (number of) rak'ahs that he observed.
