حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لِزُهَيْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي شَوَّالٍ وَبَنَی بِي فِي شَوَّالٍ فَأَيُّ نِسَائِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ أَحْظَی عِنْدَهُ مِنِّي قَالَ وَکَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ تَسْتَحِبُّ أَنْ تُدْخِلَ نِسَائَهَا فِي شَوَّالٍ

Narrated 'A'isha : 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) married her when she was six years old, and he (the Holy Prophet) took her to his house when she was nine, and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old
