حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي کَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تُنْکَحُ الْأَيِّمُ حَتَّی تُسْتَأْمَرَ وَلَا تُنْکَحُ الْبِکْرُ حَتَّی تُسْتَأْذَنَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَکَيْفَ إِذْنُهَا قَالَ أَنْ تَسْکُتَ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3473
Uqba b. Amir (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: The most worthy condition which must be fulfilled is that which makes sexual intercourse lawful. In the narration transmitted by Ibn Muthanna (instead of the word condition ) it is conditions .
