و حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَکْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْکَرِيمِ بْنُ مَالِکٍ الْجَزَرِيُّ أَنَّ مُجَاهِدًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَی أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ بِمِثْلِهِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3184
Ali b. Abi Talib (Allah be pleased with him) reported: Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) put him in charge of his sacrificial animals, and commanded him to distribute the whole of their meat, hides, and saddle cloths to the poor, and not to give to the butcher anything out of them.
