و حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَی أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ قَالَ جَمَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَائِ بِجَمْعٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا سَجْدَةٌ وَصَلَّی الْمَغْرِبَ ثَلَاثَ رَکَعَاتٍ وَصَلَّی الْعِشَائَ رَکْعَتَيْنِ فَکَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يُصَلِّي بِجَمْعٍ کَذَلِکَ حَتَّی لَحِقَ بِاللَّهِ تَعَالَی
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 3111
Abdullah b. Yazid al-Khatmi reported on the authority of Abu Ayyub (Allah be pleased with him) that he prayed the sunset and 'Isha' prayers (together) at Muzdalifa in the company of Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage.
