حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ يَحْيَی أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ قَالَتْ کُنَّا نُؤْمَرُ بِالْخُرُوجِ فِي الْعِيدَيْنِ وَالْمُخَبَّأَةُ وَالْبِکْرُ قَالَتْ الْحُيَّضُ يَخْرُجْنَ فَيَکُنَّ خَلْفَ النَّاسِ يُکَبِّرْنَ مَعَ النَّاسِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 2055
Umm 'Atiyya said: He (the Messenger of Allah) commanded us that we should take out unmarried women and purdah-observing ladies for 'Id prayers, and he commanded the menstruating women to remain away from the place of worship of the Muslims.
