حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّی حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَکَمِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جُحَيْفَةَ قَالَ خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْهَاجِرَةِ إِلَی الْبَطْحَائِ فَتَوَضَّأَ فَصَلَّی الظُّهْرَ رَکْعَتَيْنِ وَالْعَصْرَ رَکْعَتَيْنِ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ عَنَزَةٌ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ وَزَادَ فِيهِ عَوْنٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ وَکَانَ يَمُرُّ مِنْ وَرَائِهَا الْمَرْأَةُ وَالْحِمَارُ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 1122
Aun b. Abu Juhaifa narrated from the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) on the authority of his father a hadith like that of Sufyan, and 'Umar b. Abu Za'ida made this addition: Some of them tried to excel the others (in obtaining water), and in the hadith transmitted by Malik b. Mighwal (the words are): When it was noon, Bilal came out and summoned (people) to (noon) prayer.
