حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِشَاةٍ لِمَوْلَاةٍ لِمَيْمُونَةَ فَقَالَ أَلَّا انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 811
Ibn'Abbas reported on the authority of Maimuna that someone amongst the wives of the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) had a domestic animal and it died. Upon this the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: Why did you not take off its skin and make use of that?
