حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي عُمَرَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ثَلَاثٌ مَنْ کُنَّ فِيهِ وَجَدَ بِهِنَّ حَلَاوَةَ الْإِيمَانِ مَنْ کَانَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِمَّا سِوَاهُمَا وَأَنْ يُحِبَّ الْمَرْئَ لَا يُحِبُّهُ إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَأَنْ يَکْرَهَ أَنْ يَعُودَ فِي الْکُفْرِ بَعْدَ أَنْ أَنْقَذَهُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ کَمَا يَکْرَهُ أَنْ يُقْذَفَ فِي النَّارِ
صحیح مسلم · Hadith 165
Ibrahim b. Sa'id al-Jauhari has narrated this hadith with the same words in addition to these. The Messenger of Allah (may peace and blessings be upon him) was asked as to who amongst the Muslims is better, and the rest of the hadith was narrated like this.
