حدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو غَسَّانَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلٍ أَنَّهُ کَانَ بَيْنَ جِدَارِ الْمَسْجِدِ مِمَّا يَلِي الْقِبْلَةَ وَبَيْنَ الْمِنْبَرِ مَمَرُّ الشَّاةِ

صحیح بخاری · Hadith 7334

Narrated Sahl: The distance between the pulpit and the wall of the mosque on the side of the Qibla was just sufficient for a sheep to pass through.
