حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِکٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَمْسٌ مِنْ الدَّوَابِّ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْکَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
صحیح بخاری · Hadith 3315
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite."
