حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَی عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَضَی النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْعُمْرَی أَنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ
