قَالَ الأَصَمُّ: سَمِعْتُ الرَّبِيعَ بْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ يَقُولُ: كَانَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِذَا قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ لا أَتَّهِمُ يُرِيدُ بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ أَبِي يَحْيَى، وَإِذَا قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الثِّقَةُ يُرِيدُ بِهِ يَحْيَى بْنَ حَسَّانٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّدَاقِ وَالإِيلاءِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ، وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِيدَيْنِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1818
Asam said: I heard the spring Bin Sulaiman said it was Shafei may Allah be pleased with him if he said: Tell me who does not want to accuse him Ibrahim ibn Abi Yahya, and if he said: Tell me the confidence he wants him Yahya bin Hassan. He took the first from the book of oath with the witness, and the second from the book of dowry and devotion, and the third from the book of the hunting and the sacrifices, of the sacrifices.
