أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلاقَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ جَرِيرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ: بَايَعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى النُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Ziad bin relationship, he said: I heard Jarir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, says the Prophet pledged allegiance to peace be upon him on the advice of every Muslim.
