أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " بَيْنَمَا أَنَا أَنْزِعُ عَلَى بِئْرٍ أَسْتَقِي، قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: يَعْنِي فِي النَّوْمِ وَرُؤْيَا الأَنْبِيَاءِ وَحْيٌ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: فَجَاءَ ابْنُ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ فَنَزَعَ ذَنُوبًا أَوْ ذَنُوبَيْنِ وَفِيهِمَا ضَعْفٌ وَاللَّهُ يَغْفِرُ لَهُ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَنَزَعَ حَتَّى اسْتَحَالَتْ فِي يَدِهِ غَرْبًا فَضَرَبَ النَّاسُ بَعَطَنٍ، فَلَمْ أَرَ عَبْقَرِيًّا يَفْرِي فَرْيَهُ ". أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأَشْرِبَةِ وَفَضَائِلِ قُرَيْشٍ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Darorda, Muhammad ibn Amr, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: "While I take off on a well I draw, Shafei said: I mean sleep And the prophets were seen as a revelation.
