أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوْ جَاءَنِي مَالُ الْبَحْرَيْنِ أَعْطَيْتُكَ هَكَذَا وَهَكَذَا» . فَتُوُفِّيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَمْ يَأْتِهِ، فَجَاءَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَأَعْطَانِي حِينَ جَاءَهُ. قَالَ الرَّبِيعُ: بَقِيَّةُ الْحَدِيثِ حَدَّثَنِي غَيْرُ الشَّافِعِيِّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ: «لَوْ جَاءَنِي. . .» . أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ قِسْمَةِ الْفَيْءِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1762
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Mohammed bin Munkadir, Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him: «If I received money Bahrain gave you so and so». So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, died and did not come, so Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, came and gave me when he came. Al-Rabee` said: The rest of the hadeeth told me by al-Shafi’i, who said: “If only he had come to me. . . » . Take it out of the oath book.
