أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: عُرِضْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ أُحُدٍ، وَأَنَا ابْنُ أَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً فَرَدَّنِي، ثُمَّ عُرِضْتُ عَلَيْهِ عَامَ الْخَنْدَقِ وَأَنَا ابْنُ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً فَأَجَازَنِي قَالَ نَافِعٌ: فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، فَقَالَ: هَذَا فَرْقٌ بَيْنَ الْمُقَاتِلَةِ وَالذُّرِّيَّةِ، وَكَتَبَ أَنْ يَفْرِضَ لابْنِ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ فِي الْمُقَاتِلَةِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَبْلُغْهَا فِي الذُّرِّيَّةِ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ قِسْمَةِ الْفَيْءِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1760
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Eyelet, Obaidullah ibn Umar, from Nafi, from Ibn 'Umar said: offered to the Prophet peace be upon him in one, and I'm fourteen years Ferdna, then it offered in the ditch and I Ibn Fifteen years old, and he authorized me, Nafeh said, “So I spoke to this hadeeth, Omar ibn Abd al-Aziz, and he said, then he said: He said: He said: Trauma to the son of fifteen in combat, and did not communicate them in the offspring. Take it out of the oath book.
