أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً فِيهَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ، فَغَنِمُوا إِبِلا كَثِيرَةً فَكَانَتْ سُهْمَانُهُمُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا أَوْ أَحَدَ عَشَرَ بَعِيرًا، ثُمَّ نُفِّلُوا بَعِيرًا بَعِيرًا. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ قِسْمَةِ الْفَيْءِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1759
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him sent a secret where Abdullah bin Omar before we find, Vgnamwa many camels were Shmanhm twelve camels or one of ten camels Then they were whipped with a camel. Take it out of the oath book.
