أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ: مَا أَحَدٌ إِلا وَلَهُ فِي هَذَا الْمَالِ حَقٌّ أُعْطِيَهُ أَوْ مُنِعَهُ إِلا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ.

Tell us Sufian, Amr ibn Dinar, for syphilis from Malik ibn Aws that Umar said: What one only has this money right to give him or stop him, but what proprietary.
